Posh Pack's mission is to provide students with access to period products while bringing awareness to the issue of period poverty in schools. Its plan is to educate elected officials at the local, state, and federal levels to pass legislation allocating funds for period poverty in schools. Ciera serves on the Board of Directors for Posh Pack.
